Roscoe (Pete Ross)

Image of Roscoe on his bikeRoscoe has dedicated his entire adult life to researching, discovering and applying his knowledge of Physical Fitness for the benefit of literally hundreds of individuals of all ages and physical abilities. He spent 26 years -attaining the rank of Flight Sergeant- as a Physical Training Instructor (PTI) with the Royal Air Force; 6 of which were spent as a Staff Instructor on the School of Physical Training where he taught aspirant PTIs during a 23 week programme.

He also spent 8 years in the RAF Mountain Rescue Service and 3 years as a Mountaineering Instructor at the Joint Service Mountain Training Centre (Ballachulish) Scotland.

He was also an accomplished distance runner who upon retirement proceeded to coach a variety of RAF representative athletes, including the 1996 Combined Service 800m champion.
